Eight determined eighth-graders are preparing for the adventure of a lifetime: a 1,000-mile round trip to Tennessee! This journey promises unforgettable experiences, including exploring the breathtaking Great Smoky Mountains National Park, white-water rafting, hiking scenic trails, and visiting iconic attractions like Dollywood and Dolly’s Stampede. It’s an adventure filled with hands-on learning, team-building, and memories that can’t be replicated in the classroom.

To make this dream trip a reality, these students are rallying support from their community. They’ve set a goal to raise $2 per mile traveled—a total of $2,000—which will cover their method of transportation for the trip.
