100 Years Down, More To Go--The Paul Bowen Project
I grew up across the street from my great grandpa, Paul E. Bowen. After school I would go over to his house to play chess, watch golf, play on his computer (which he built) and he would tell me stories--stories about his childhood, stories about his service in WWII--most of the stories had a lesson. These lessons and stories will stay with me forever--but now I want to tell his story.
He just celebrated his 100th birthday (a goal he set well over 30 years ago) and I have found a documentary writer/producer and crew to help me capture the stories and lessons of this amazing man who has lived a century in our world--stories and lessons to pass on to his family and friends for hopefully the next 100 years.
All I need is the capital. I have already raised most of the cost of this project but we need your help to get the rest of the way there. Your donations will net you a credit in the finished product and will help cover the costs of equipment and costs to film/edit and produce it...but mostly you will receive the gratitude and thanks of a little boy who wants to forever sit next to his Gramps on the couch and listen to his stories.
Immensely grateful,
Josh
