Help me raise money for the Daughters of Knyahynya Olha (DOKO) to fund 100 tourniquets for Ukraine! DOKO is a 501(c)3 charitable organization specializing in non-lethal aid to those in the hot zone. The tourniquets will be sent to those who need it most in defense of the people of Ukraine. I will be purchasing 100 North American Rescue Combat Application Tourniquets (CAT Gen-7), the gold-standard in hemorrhage control, to be distributed by members of the DOKO team in person to partners in Ukraine this September. This summer I had the opportunity to travel to Ukraine with Daughters of Knyahynya Olha (DOKO) for meetings with physicians that provide critical, life-saving emergency services under difficult conditions. As Director of Medicine for DOKO, I am leading the work to supply these amazing medical teams with the equipment they need to save lives. I will be using the money collected here to purchase tourniquets from EverReady First Aid that team #DOKO will deliver directly into the hands of doctors in Ukraine in September. I look forward to sharing photos from the delivery with all our donors late next month.
