This November, I’m challenging myself to do 100 push-ups every single day — not just for fitness, but for mental health awareness.
When I was younger, I lost my dad to a battle with mental health. It’s something that changed me forever, and it’s a reminder of how real and powerful those invisible struggles can be.
Over the years, I’ve had my own battles too. There have been days where getting through felt tough — but I’ve always been lucky to have my family and friends around me. Their support has helped me find strength when I needed it most.
That’s why I’m doing this.
For myself, my dad and for the people around me who care for me.
For anyone fighting their own silent battles.
And to remind people that it’s okay to talk, to reach out, and to take care of your mind just like your body.
Each push-up is a small step — a way to push for change, raise awareness, and honour everyone who’s ever struggled in silence.
If you see me doing push-ups this month, join in, donate, or just have a conversation. Sometimes, that one chat can make all the difference.
