100 Push-Ups a Day for Mental Health

This November I’m taking on the 100 press up challenge to raise money for Mind, a charity that helps people struggling with their mental health.
I lost my dad on November 8th 2018 and it completely changed my life. Since then I’ve had my own battles with mental health and I know how hard it can be to find balance again when the darkness hits. Some days are better than others but it’s been a journey of learning to sit with the pain, heal, and keep moving forward one day at a time.
I’m doing this challenge in honour of my dad and for everyone who is struggling silently. Mental health doesn’t discriminate. It can affect anyone, and it’s so important that people get the support they need before it becomes too much to carry alone.
Mind do incredible work offering help, advice, and understanding to people who feel lost or alone. The money raised will go towards helping others find that support, connection and hope when they need it most.
If you can donate or share this, it would mean a lot. This challenge is a commitment to my dad, to myself, and to anyone out there fighting their own battles. You are never alone.
Peace and love
