100 Push-Ups a Day for Men's Mental Health

Donation protected
Hello, I’m taking on the challenge of doing 100 press ups a day for men’s mental health. There’s a few reasons why’s I want to do this, I want to do something charitable in November and I can’t grow a muzzy so that’s that one crossed off. And then the obvious one for me. I’ve struggled with my mental health for years I’ve always been quite an open book about it but this past August/September for me was rock bottom for me mentally. If it wasn’t for my amazing family and the best friends a lad could ask for who knows where I’d be right now. I feel I’ve come out the other side by putting time into myself things that help you such as gym, being active and things that benefit your body and mind.

100 press ups a day = 3000 in November.

if I can spend 10 mins a day getting these press ups done you can spend 10 mins somewhere before everyone wakes up, on your break, or time in the evening to spend that little 10 mins for your self to do something that makes you feel good. If we all spent 10 minutes a day doing something that makes you feel amazing after, who knows what else you can do?
