100 Push-Ups a Day for Men's Health

I’m doing 100 push-ups a day in a 20 kg weighted vest to raise funds to support men’s mental health.
Too many men suffer in silence.
Men who can’t see their children no matter how hard they try.
Ex-servicemen who’ve returned home but still fight battles no one else can see.
Men who want to talk, but don’t because they’re afraid of being ridiculed or told to “man up.”
I’ve seen the pain this causes. I’ve lost friends good men, to suicide. It’s heartbreaking, and it’s why I can’t stop pushing this message.
I’ve already done a charity event in September which consisted of flipping a 120kg tyre for 24 hours and the support was unreal, but I truly believe we need to keep the conversation going. Men’s mental health isn’t talked about enough, and that silence costs lives.
So this November, my goal is simple:
to raise £500 for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) - a charity that supports men in crisis and helps prevent suicide.
Every donation, no matter how small, helps make a difference. It’s not just about the money, it’s about showing support, starting conversations, and reminding men everywhere that it’s okay to talk, it’s okay to ask for help, and it’s okay to not be okay.
If you can, please donate, share, or simply check in on the men around you. Together, we can make a change.
Thank you for your support.
Let’s keep pushing. Let’s keep talking. Let’s keep fighting for men’s mental health.

By taking on this challenge, I am helping men struggling with their mental health by supporting this charity dedicated to providing support and awareness to men’s mental health needs. Please consider making a donation, because every little bit helps. Thank you for your support!
