100 miles for West Wales Poundies

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of West Wales Poundies Dog Rescue and every donation will help. They are dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in council pounds.

Throughout April, myself and my dogs will be walking 100 miles in aid of West Wales Poundies. This charity is very special to me as I adopted my yellow Labrador from them in December 23 who had been found abandoned and was only 2 years old at the time. She had been brought in to them by the dog warden and went through their 7 day process with no interest. Then she came home with us after falling in love with her. She is a huge part of my family and we would love to be able to help raise as much money as we can for West Wales Poundies and the dogs in their care. The money will help them with vet bills, food for the dogs, new kennels and supplies.

More information about West Wales Poundies Dog Rescue: We are a small registered charity dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in council pounds. A small number of dogs come in our care via other circumstances. After dogs arrive at the pound, the dogs have just 7 days to be claimed by their owners. After the 7 days have passed, if there is a space available they will go to a rescue organisation. If there isn't space, they can be destroyed. We are all volunteers and depend on your help to save these dogs.
