Please help me reach my goal of £2,000.

In May this year, my best friends received the news every parent dreads their little girl, 5-year-old Brooke, was diagnosed with leukaemia. Brooke is showing incredible strength and determination, bravely fighting every step of the way and truly kicking cancer’s butt.

I’ve seen first-hand the enormous toll this has taken on her amazing parents, Amanda and Colin. I want to do something special for them to raise enough money so that, once this battle is behind them, they can enjoy a much-deserved holiday together as a family, creating happy memories to look forward to. The funds raised will also be used towards hydrotherapy to help Brooke build back her strength from the toll chemo has taken on her body.

As my first step, I’ll be taking on 100 miles throughout October to kickstart the fundraising. Any donation, big or small, will make a huge difference and bring us closer to giving Brooke and her family a little light at the end of this tunnel.

We are running a half marathon in November too.
