Watch Kathryn and Neil talk about their challenge

We are Kathryn, Neil, Tamara, Michael, Sarah, Kerry, Sara, Katie, Kate, April, Julie and Justin and we are taking on the 100 Days Challenge. We are doing one thing for 30 minutes every day for 100 Days, and we're doing it for Home-Start Trafford, Salford and Wigan. We want to raise £5000 for Home-Start because we know from personal experience the huge difference Home-Start makes to families in our boroughs. Please sponsor us, as generously as you are able. You'll be giving hope to hundreds of families in our community. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.

Kathryn's challenge is running and cycling. She says: "I've joined this challenge as I felt inspired by Sharon and Janet who completed this a few months ago"
Neil's challenge is cycling a minimum of 10 miles a day. He says: "This is one way we can make sure more families can be supported"
Justin's challenge is running. He says: "The 100 Day Challenge will give me a kick to help others in need whilst kickstarting me to tick off a few intentions from last year that didn't quite happen!"
Michael's challenge is to run 30 minutes a day. He says: "That's three thousand minutes, fifty (expletive deleted) hours or two days and two hours!"
Julie says: "This past year has been especially tough for lots of families and I'm so pleased and privileged to be able to take part in this 100 day challenge."
Sara's challenge is to run for 30 minutes every day. She says: "I only started running about 3 weeks ago. I want to help Home-Start and their amazing work by raising some much-needed funds and raising awareness through this challenge.
Katie's challenge is to do yoga every day. She says: "Running is definitely my thing but I'm new to yoga. I've been a family who has received support from Home-Start and now I'm a volunteer. I've joined the challenge because I have a lot to thank Home-Start for and it is an amazing charity supporting many families."

We'd love you to find out more about the charity we're doing this all for by watching one of these videos telling the stories fo Ruksan and Joanna.
