Hi, my name is Gemma and we are taking on the 100 challenge this October to raise money for Tiny Tickers and Mighty Mabon’s Legacy. We will be doing 100 squats a day to raise money.

1 in 100 babies are born with a serious heart condition.

My little boy Mabon Gwyn was born with congenital heart disease and after fighting for so long, he sadly passed away on the 18th December 2023. He was only 4 years old and had been through so much in his short life.

Tiny Tickers is an amazing charity that has supported us during Mabon’s life but continue to support us as a family now. They do amazing work supporting heart families and also helping with the early detection of CHD.

Mighty Mabon’s Legacy want to buy things to support families at Dewi Ward (Ysbyty Gwynedd) and cardiac families at Alder Hey over Christmas.

We have had time in both hospitals during the festive period and also lost Mabon during this time so we know it can be a difficult time for these families.
