100 Push-Ups a Day. 30 Different Locations.
One Mission — Supporting mental health.

This isn’t just a fitness challenge — it’s something much bigger.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be doing 100 push-ups every day, but this time I’m taking it on the road — completing them in 30 different locations to raise awareness and funds for mental health.

This cause is deeply personal to me.
I’ve struggled a lot with my own mental health over the years — and there was a time when I almost didn’t make it through. If it hadn’t been for my good friend Kevin, who knew I was struggling and asked the right question at the right time, I wouldn’t be here today.

That moment changed everything. It reminded me how powerful human connection can be — and how important it is to check in, really check in, with the people around us.

Through this challenge, I want to help start more of those conversations. In each location, I’ll be talking to people from all walks of life about their experiences with mental health — the highs, the lows, and everything in between. My goal is to help break the stigma and remind everyone that it’s okay to not be okay.

I’d love your support on this journey:
1️⃣ Suggest a location — I’m looking for meaningful places to visit (your workplace) or people to meet along the way. If you can help, please get in touch.
2️⃣ Support the cause — every donation, no matter how small, helps men who might be struggling in silence find the help they need.

And if you or someone you care about is finding things difficult right now, please know that help is available.
The wonderful Zarah from Clear Therapy has kindly offered a free therapy session (online or in person at her therapy room in Hertfordshire) throughout November for anyone who needs support. www.cleartherapy.co.uk
Don’t hesitate to reach out — sometimes that first step makes all the difference.

Thank you to everyone who’s already reached out with encouragement and ideas — it means a lot.

This isn’t just about push-ups. It’s about connection, courage, and change.
Let’s keep the conversation going — because you never know when one question might just save a life. ❤️
