Help Save Rachel's Smile

Hey! It's Rachel Lilly here :) unfortunately I found out I have Periodonitis which is bone deterioration in my jaw and pockets in my gums. I don't have much time to take care of this before it does real permanent damage to my mouth. It will cost me 10,000 to get it all done. I need two surgeries. And if anyone knows me, they know i take pride in my smile and I couldnt be anymore upset right now. :( My goal right now is half of that. Please any help will do.
