On the 10th October 2025 employees from the Port of Felixstowe will be walking 10 miles for the mental health/anti-suicide charity CALM.

Ben Stack, Gareth Farrall, Paula Wildig and Charlotte Steggall will be amongst the walkers.

125 lives are lost each week to suicide, and CALM provides support to people by phone, WhatsApp and webchat. The staff on the other end of those calls and messages are highly trained professionals, able to support the person in need. Each call costs £12.20, and each call can save a life.

Our walk:

Port of Felixstowe colleagues will be walking 10 miles along the Felixstowe coast, to raise money for CALM. Whether it's rain or shine on the day, we'll be getting our steps in, to support this great charity.

Every little helps, so if you are able to support us financially, every penny will be going to providing proper support to those who use CALM's services.
