1 year old that has been thru so much at a young age

I an rasing money foe a little boy he was taken out of a rough situation amd he didn't have 1st birthday and I would really love to help give him a birthday he deserves he will be 2 but he has been through so much at his age rather went thru he should never had to go something like that at such a young age we would really appreciate it you could find it in your heart to help us give him the birthday
