
24 hour workout challange

on thursday 18th feb starting at 0900 a group of us serving soliders currently out in kenya are going to complete a 24 hour challange of doing a workout on the hour every hour for 24 hours we are doing this to raise funds for two great charitys the first being the mercian benevolent fund which provides support and assistance in times of need for serving members of the regiment and also ex members of the regiment who come across hard times the second being the foodbank charirty Fareshare which provides food all year round for vunerable groups in the UK such as school breakfast clubs, old people struggling for food and people struggling to feed there families due to finacial diffulcuty during the current pandemic , the total we raise will be split between the 2 charitys every little helps and donatations would be greatly appreceated to help these great causes
The workouts we will be conducting are -
1. 21 daysack thursts and burpees 15 daysack thursts and burpes 9 daysack thursts and burpees
2. 10 down to 1 Situps/legraises/crunchies
3.1 minute on 1 minute of plank for 10 minutes
4. 20 press ups , 20 dips , 20 waterbottle raises x 3
5. 5 minute wall sit 2 min rest 5 minute wall sit
6. 100 dips
7. 100 ankle taps, 100 hand over knees , 100 leg flutters
8. 50 calf raises 50 knees to chest
9. 15 minute shadow boxing
10. 200 mountain climbers
11. ACDC thunders song starjumps continuously until the song says thunder then you do a burpee
12. As a group with body armour 100 pull ups , 200 press ups , 300 squats
We will be conducting these 12 workouts twice in the 24 hours
