Hi, I’m Ava.

I never thought I’d be in this position, but I don’t know where else to turn.

I’m 17 years old, and a few weeks ago, I was assaulted at a friend’s party. The hardest part? I didn’t even want to go. Something in my gut told me not to, but it was one of my dearest friend’s birthdays, and I felt pressured to be there. So I went. I didn’t drink. I didn’t smoke. I’ve never had a drink in my life. I was just there to celebrate and support my friend. But that night changed everything.

Now, I need help to afford a lawyer and therapy. I want to fight for justice, but legal fees are overwhelming, and therapy is something I know I’ll need to heal from this. My family doesn’t have the resources to cover everything, so I’m asking for help from anyone willing to support me.
