COVID-19 is hitting us all hard; but most of all, the fantastic staff across the NHS that are working day and night through these troublesome times to care for and save lives. 

I am a personal trainer and after the announcement to close all gyms, I strongly believe that it is now more important than ever to think of ways to stay active. Therefore, I'll be running another 1 million steps challenge - you have 3 months to complete 1 million steps, which is an average of about 11,000 steps per day. Whether you grab the kids for a walk in the park or walk around the house, all you need is a step counter (Fitbit, Apple Watch, pedometer or just a phone) to take part. I will message you every day to keep track of your steps.

There is no minimum entry to join this challenge but all money raised will go directly to supporting NHS staff on the front line at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ hospitals - buying food, toiletries and supplies that are so desperately needed at this time so please donate anything you can.
