'Keep on Moving' Campaign by Fitness Australia

Keep on Moving Community Awareness Campaign
Fitness Australia is spearheading a ‘Keep on Moving’ Campaign to highlight the importance of keeping active and continuing a regular exercise routine during COVID-19.

As part of the campaign, Fitness Australia is continuing to advocate for greater awareness of the benefits exercise has on our immune function, physical and mental wellbeing – particularly as we face increasing levels of anxiety in the community and enforced isolation.

A campaign website has been launched this week keeponmoving.fitness.org.au  which provides Australians, no matter their age, fitness level or ability access to virtual workouts from Fitness Australia members and Registered Exercise Professionals (AusREPs), information on PTs delivering permitted outdoor one-on-one training as well as the latest news and information.

This GoFundMe Campaign is an opportunity for the community to get involved and show their support for the ‘Keep on Moving’ community awareness campaign.  Fitness Australia has already raised more than $50,000 for this campaign. The more we can do, the bigger impact we can have on people’s lives and their physical and mental wellbeing during these unprecedented times.

100% of all funds raised will go directly to Fitness Australia for the purpose of delivering the 'Keep on Moving' campaign to raise community awareness of the vital role exercise and activity plays in our lives.
