Max's Top Surgery

Hi all! Max is a loving, bubbly person who is a boyfriend, son, and close friend to many, and has a promising future in the arts. However, he suffers through crippling gender dysphoria and is currently fighting through depression to reach the end of his transition. To ease his dysphoria, he needs top surgery. As top surgery is not covered by insurance and Max already struggles through poverty, it's almost impossible for him to reach this goal alone.
