During this difficult time, our organization, NRNA Canada, is a non-profit organization representing Non-Resident Nepalis in Canada. We are raising these funds as a humanitarian initiative to support individuals and communities affected by the recent floods in Nepal. We do not have any personal or family relationship with the individual victims; rather, we are supporting them through our organization’s humanitarian and community relief efforts.

All funds collected through this GoFundMe campaign will ultimately be transferred to the Non-Resident Nepali Association International Coordination Council (NRNA-ICC), based in Nepal. NRNA-ICC will coordinate with the Government of Nepal and the appropriate authorities to ensure that the funds are directed toward the intended flood-affected communities and victims. Our organization will maintain appropriate records of all funds collected and transferred to ensure transparency and accountability.

The funds will be used exclusively for humanitarian relief, recovery, and rehabilitation of individuals and communities affected by the recent floods in Nepal. This may include emergency relief, essential supplies, temporary assistance, recovery support, and rehabilitation based on the needs identified by the Government of Nepal and relevant authorities.

### Fund Receipt and Transfer Process

All funds collected through this GoFundMe campaign organized by NRNA Canada will initially be deposited into the bank account of **Bishnumaya Chhetri, a member of the Board of Directors (BOD) of NRNA Canada**. She will receive these funds solely **as a representative of NRNA Canada and on behalf of the organization, not for any personal use or benefit**.

Once the funds are received from GoFundMe, Bishnumaya Chhetri will transfer the full amount received in her account to the **official bank account of NRNA Canada**. NRNA Canada will then transfer the funds to the **official bank account of the Non-Resident Nepali Association International Coordination Council (NRNA-ICC) in Nepal**.

At no point will any portion of the funds be used for the personal benefit of Bishnumaya Chhetri, any other individual, or for organizational profit. Complete records of the receipt and transfer of the funds will be maintained to ensure transparency and accountability.

The sole purpose of this fundraising campaign is to support flood victims and assist with their relief, recovery, and rehabilitation. Even a small contribution can provide meaningful relief, support, and hope to families facing this devastating situation.
