Tobias needs surgery

My cat Tobias is only a year old and he swallowed some yarn and has a terrible bowel obstruction and needs surgery NOW but they won't do surgery unless we give them a down payment and I have no money because I'm a poor trans person with chronic illness please please help we found him as a kitten and had to bottle feed him he's so important please please please please
