Sunday, August 16, 2015 was a very sad day for five wonderful young people - Josh (age 21), Chelsea (age 19), Andrew (age 18), Emma (age 13) and Jordan (age 6) the children of Jennifer Deeter.  Jenny passed away very suddenly at age 41 from a blood clot that traveled to her lung.  She was a single mom since dad and husband, Steve, died 10 years ago.  Her children are amazing kids, dearly loved,  and are determined to stay together.  They're continuing with jobs (Josh, Chelsea) and school (Chelsea, Andy, Emma and Jordan) despite their grief.  

We are their grandparents.  The kids will always have a home with us, and we want to help them in every way we can.  Expressions of love and sympathy have poured in to encourage all of us. Many people have kindly asked how to make a donation for the kids in memory of their mom.  

All the gifts recieved here will go directly to The Deeter Children Fund, an account which we have established on their behalf.  We'll use the funds for summer camp, school trips, driver's ed, college expenses - all the "extras" that Jenny and Steve would have wanted to provide.
