I need to get to my brother

My poor brother is in liver failure. He's been in a coma from it for the last 3 days. The doctors aren't sure what's gonna happen at this point. He's in real bad shape and I'm begging fir help so I can get there and be by his side. Please if you could find in your heart to help me it would be greatly appreciated. I need to be there.
