Evolet's Battle With Leukemia

My name is Elizabeth Lopez. I am a single mother of two girls. My oldest is 13 years old and my youngest is 8 years old. My 8 year old, Evolet, was diagnosed with Pre-B Cell ALL - Leukemia on 7/6/2016. She returned to school in April of 2016 and completed 1st grade after being a homebound student. She had two more chemotherapy's remaining when she relapsed on 8/15/2018 with leukemia cells presenting in her eye. She was admitted to the hospital where she stayed for several weeks in order to receive radiation and begin a different chemotherapy regimen. She ultimately will need a bone marrow transplant but needs to be in remission to be eligible for it. Under her current treatment plan she will be coming to the outpatient Pediatric Oncology clinic 2-3 times a week. If she can achieve remission she will be admitted 1-2 months to the hospital to undergo a bone marrow transplant.

Currently I'm struggling to work because all my time is spent in the hospital with Evolet. I have no family in Charlotte and no one else to help us financially. My family needs the funds as soon as possible and all donations are greatly appreciated. I want to thank all of you in advance for the help and support.
