Evicted Disabled Homeless

I recently had a Stroke because my surgery was not properly doneand was just Evicted out of my apartment in Staten Island. I lost all my possessions I worked for and never received my security deposit or first months rent. I am currently in a rehab center. I don't have anywhere to live after I leave here in 2 months. So I will be homeless with a disability on the street. I need to collect some funds so I can secure a small place to live for myself. I have been denied Food Stamps and not one Politician or agency has responded to me. Please help me survive I would greatly appreciate your help. May God Bless You
