Bey-B Shower: Everything Is Love, is a Beyonce-Themed community baby shower hosted in collaboration between Black Femme Excellence Co and Coco Haus.
In its second year, this community baby shower was originally conceived by the Penny For your Thots Collective and inspired by the pregnancy of Queen Bey herself. This event is in response to the unsettling reality that black and brown babies in Pittsburgh have a mortality rate almost 3 times higher than the rest of the city, and one of the highest infant mortality rates in the nation. The purpose of the event is to distribute baby and other domestic supplies to pregnant black people in our community, and to celebrate black life.
There will be food, music, workshops around pre and postnatal education, baby themed games, and of course presents!

Childcare will be provided
Food will be provided
ASL interpretation will be provided
The space is not currently wheelchair accessible however the venue is working on a ramp to make the first floor accessible
