Garland, Texas Tornado Victim

My name is Rachel Maddox and I am the niece of Cecil and Evelyn Lowrie.  Any funds collected will be given directly to the family of Evelyn Lowrie for medical bills or expenses during this difficult time.  On Sunday, December 26, Cecil Lowrie was killed in the Rowlett/Garland tornado, when his car was picked up and thrown from a bridge with he and his wife in the vehicle. His wife, Evelyn, has been left in the hospital with multiple severe injuries. She is currently in critical condition. Evelyn will need much more medical care to recover from these traumatic injuries. Please help Evelyn Lowrie and her family in any way you can. Thank you!
