Hi, I'm Anay Bueno.
Creator of www.eltenedorverde.com a non-profit web platform created for lovers of vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
I will be traveling throughout Europe from the end of November 2017 to May 2018 discovering small projects related to vegetarian food, self-sufficient communities and vegetarian and vegan restaurants of towns and cities.
We will make a TOTALLY FREE guide in digital format and multiplatform App and another in paper at a reduced price.
Since 2013 we have carried out different activities, from a section of gastronomic critiques to Spanish level, participation in gastronomic events and creation of a Vegan Show Cookings area in the Rototom SunSplash 2017 international festival.
Every donation is of great help, I need € 6,000 to travel, to know the restaurants of the guide, to stay during the journey, the creation and layout of the guide in web and paper format, development of the App, etc.

Estaré viajando por toda Europa desde finales de noviembre de 2017 a mayo de 2018 descubriendo pequeños proyectos relacionados con la alimentación vegetariana, comunidades autosuficientes y restaurantes vegetarianos y veganos de pueblos y ciudades.
Haremos una guia TOTALMENTE GRATUITA en formato digital y App multiplataforma y otra en papel a un precio reducido.
Desde 2013 hemos llevado a cabo diferentes actividades, desde un apartado de críticas gastronómicas a nivel español, participación en eventos gastronómicos y creación de un área de Show Cookings Veganos en el festival internacional Rototom SunSplash 2017.
Todo donativo es de gran ayuda, necesito 6.000€ para poder viajar, conocer los restaurantes de la guia, hospedarme durante el trayecto, la creación y maquetación de la guia en formato web y papel, desarrollo de la App, etc.
