Hello friends and family. My name is Charlie Klotz and recently my father Eugene Klotz has been diagnosed with lung cancer. He started feeling dizzy a couple of weeks ago, so they managed to submit him into the hospital in Poland. He is still undergoing numerous tests to pinpoint exactly what the cancer has infected. As of today, we know that his lung, adrenal glands and cerebellum have all shown traces of the cancer. My family and I have decided to open up a donation account to help him out as much as we can. We will use the funds for treatment purposes only!  We will continue to fight this together. Any well wishes will greatly be appreciated.  I’m sure he will be happy just to hear from his friends again.
