On May 12, 2017, Eric Theriot, a loved and respected son, brother and friend, graduated from the Universtiy of North Carolina - Charlotte. He was a hard working Honors student in Computer Science. He made his family very proud.
Two days later, on Mother's Day, 5/14/17, our dear friends, Sharon and Robert Theriot, received tragic news. Eric, the oldest of their 4 children, had been in a terrible car accident, and passed away into eternal rest the following day. Word spread quickly about this sudden tragedy and the severe loss the family is enduring.
As a result, friends have started this page to offer financial assistance for medical bills, funeral expenses, and other needs at this time. It is our hope that, along with our prayers, this Go Fund Me page will assist this selfless and loving family with any financial burdens during their time of unspeakable grief and loss.

Eric London Theriot, 22, of Denver North Carolina passed away May 15, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC after an automobile accident.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at 11:00 AM, at St. Mark Catholic Church in Huntersville, NC.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 19, 2017 , 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at James Funeral Home of Huntersville.
His burial will be in his mother’s hometown of McItosh, SD.
Eric was born in Austin, TX on New Years Day in 1995 to Robert and Sharon Theriot. Eric was always a model student growing up and had earned LIFE rank in the Boy Scouts before moving to Denver, North Carolina at age 16 with his family. Eric is the Oldest of four children. He has two brothers and one sister, Connor 20, Chad 16, and Lauren 13. Eric had just graduated from UNC Charlotte two days before his accident with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. Eric was part of a group project that won a second place award in his graduating class and had very promising opportunities coming his way as a Software Developer.
Eric was loved by everyone who took the time to know him. In his Death, His organs will be saving five lives immediately and many others will be aided by Erics choice to donate his organs and various parts of his young healthy body as he returns to God.
