Finding Eric Haider

Hi, my name is Maryellen, I am Eric's mother.  I gave Eric a ride to work Thursday May 24, 2012.This was the last day anyone saw him alive. I was the last family member to see him alive. His employer,Cofell's  Plumbing and Heating of Bismark, ND never reported him missing. I picked him up at his home as their car was at the mechanics getting worked on. He came out into the garage with his lunchbox, back pack, and breakfast. He started putting his boots on then stopped to feed the rabbit. We proceeded on into town and talked while he ate. He said he was going to be looking for another job as this one wasn't safe. Eric stated they did not follow any regulated procedures and regulations .We arrived at the company yard. He grabbed  his things out of my car and gave me a quick kiss and said ," love ya ma and see you later." The next thing I know it is late evening and his fiance called me to see if I had spoke to him. She had  last spoken with him during his lunch at Wendy's. She had tried several times to pick him up from work, however  all employee vehicles were there until about the 3rd time she tried and everyone was gone and STILL  no ERIC!!!!!!!  She tried to call some co-workers of Eric but no one would answer. I told her to call the police and I would call the hospitals since Eric has a pacemaker.  That was the first day of my masssive intense search for my beloved son. Family and friends started searching immediatly.  Eric was last seen on Thursday May 24th,2012 at 12:15 pm MDT off a Cofell's Plumbing job site off HWY 22 and 40th street in Dickinson,  ND near Baker Hughes. His cell phone has been unreachable since that time. No one has heard from or seen Eric since that day!!!  Eric had car-pooled to Dickinson with his company on a daily basis to Bismark in a company truck. Eric has a pacemaker and was wearing dark work clothes, jeans, a fluroescent vest, hard hat, and work boots. He was last seen taking work tools to a work trailer. There were no official searches and questioning done until the following Tuesday when workers came back to work after a long Memorial holiday weekend. At this time each worker was questioned and they all had the same story. Also, the the foreman stated that Eric had walked off to cash a check.  However, the same foreman delivered Eric's lunch box, paycheck, and backpack to Bismark the following Thursday May 24, 2012. This same foreman is the same worker who told the police where to dig in the search for Eric.  The police have done no searching since, and are cold casing his case. My intent is to raise money for a private investigator along with an attorney outside of the North Dakota area as a lot of payoffs are happening in the state. The state of ND  say they don't have the funding to continue the search for their lost and missing. North Dakota is  one of the richest states in the USA and they do not have the funding?? I met with the Govenor of ND in person at the capital with no advail to my cause. A 6'1" person does not just disapear in thin air without  a trace.  We have had the cadaver dogs at the scene and although they do not find Eric, they also do not leave the job site but are whining and crying the whole time. This same street where the dogs searched and cried is the same street that has now been poured over with cement concrete! This occured a few months after May 2012. It is not  public accessible to this day. We hang flyers and posters and people just rip and tear them down. Journalists are paid off to not print stories and articles. Several have even  left the state  due to these measures. I have been making arts and crafts and selling at vendor shows to earn money to obtain legal help. I was informed that I will need a very high dollar amount to aid in my search and recovery for our beloved son, friend, father, and brother Eric Conrad Haider. We truly appreciate you taking the time to read our story and watch the youtube video. Also of course we are very grateful for any dollars you are able to donate to our gofundme account. We are gratefuly beyond measure!!!  Sincerely from the bottom of my broken heart, Maryellen Suchan ( Eric Haider's mom)
