UPDATE: Eric lost his almost 8 year battle with brain cancer. He passed away early Tuesday morning at home surrounding by family. I would like to encourage everyone to still donate to this Go Fund Me page. During the time Eric was battling cancer, he was unable to work. His wife has taken time off from work recently to stay home and care for him full time. Your donations will help them stay in their home and pay for expenses while they have time to readjust and move forward.

Six years ago Eric had a grand mal seizure. He was rushed to the hospital. After several tests it was discovered that he had a brain tumor. He had to undergo emergency surgery, then follow up with chemo and radiation. He was the sole source of income for his family. He is married and has a son. He was unable to work, and his family lost everything; their home, cars, etc. In desperation he sold everything of personal value that he had to support his family.
Recently Eric has been having debilitating heachaches. After visiting his oncologist two more tumors have been found. He will have surgery to remove those on the 29th. He will again have to follow up with chemo and radiation. He does not have disability insurance, and will have no way to support his family while he goes through this process again. His is struggling with guilt, depression and worry on how his family will survive this. He is literally fighting for his life, and his focus needs to be on himself rather than financial stress.
I've set up this Go Fund Me page to raise money for his family. Not only for the medical bills, but to pay rent, utilities, groceries, etc. over the next couple of months while he is unable to work.
