New ps4 controller

My carer for xmas bought me this limited edition ps4 controller and it meant a lot to me. The controller was on my sofa got accidentally knocked into my waste paper bin in my room and then one of my carers by an accident emptied my bin out in the waste and we both never thought to check the bins. 
So I recently did a trade online on a gaming site where I had what I thought a kind man saying that he will trade me the controller you see in the picture for my 1tb Seagate hard drive for the ps4. We both agreed to send receipts as proof and I sent him mine via messenger proof of my postage.  I sent the hard drive 1st class signed for   on the 08/01/19 and now it's the 17/01/19 . He blocked me so I have no way of getting the hard drive back. I've got no controller.  I have autism and gaming is a way that I can escape reality when I feel down and it helps me alot. I foolishly put my trust in this man because I thought he genuinely wanted to help me but instead he mugged me right off. I felt extremely upset when I accidentally lost my carers controller he had bought for me. I dont usually like to ask people for charity or donations of any kind but even if you put like 10p toward the donation if be extremely grateful. Due to my autism and the fact that I'm gullible and I like to trust people I've lost something that my carer bought me and I'm struggling to replace it because I cant work. If you like to help that would be great. Thanks guys for being there and helping me .
