Epilogue Kitchen is coming to Salem!

Hello friends! If you have followed what we (Maura and Jonathan) have been doing for the last few years, then you know that we have operated as Prologue Pastries, out of our big green truck. We have had an absolute blast and learned so much operating a food truck, but it was always designed to be the first part of a multi-stage plan. We've had a wonderful beginning, and it is time to turn the page!
We are very pleased to announce that the second phase of our little dream is coming to fruition! Very soon, Epilogue Kitchen and Cocktails will be coming to downtown Salem, and we are inviting you to help the next chapter of our story be written. Soon, the foods that shaped us will be brought to you on a regular basis, accompanied with great atmosphere and drinks! Broadly speaking, we are influenced by the regions we lived. Specifically, think Philadelphia, the Piedmont region of the Appalachians, Western Wisconsin, and Oregon. We are committed to bringing you something new, and something exciting!
Alright, so, the details. We are asking for money to help cover the costs of some extra refrigeration, shelving, lighting, and all the little extras that make dining a memorable experience. We do NOT need this money to get our doors open; we are opening one way or another, we just prefer to bring you excellence at every level.
What we would like to offer in exchange for your support is a very simple thing. Anything between $20 and $50 gets you a dozen salted chocolate chunk cookies. For every $50 given, we will give a $60 gift card. For every $100 given, we will give a $125 gift card. If you are not local, every $50 gets you 2 dozen of our salted chocolate chunk cookies or some swag, which ever you choose. We will be giving these gift cards and cookies out after 2 months of our doors being open.
