Many have described Dale Dunning as a modern day saint who sets out each day before dawn to nourish the hungry, clothe his sheep, and comfort the disheartened. Her unique ministry Jusst Souup is based on the gospel Saint John 21:15-17. "If you love me, feed my sheep". Never has Dale received a salary for eighteen years, and was honored with the Jefferson Award for Public and Community Service. A year later, she was featured as a Hero of the Week in People magazine, followed by a Heroes in Hard Times appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show in 2010. The Dunning family was also selected for the Thanksgiving episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in 2011. Now as the needs of Dale's flock is growing she plans to enclose a 16x85 ft front porch space for ministry in the Jusst Sooup Ranch. This porch will include 20 windows, and 2 handicap accessible doors. This Jussoup Ministry is a a501c-3 tax deductible charity.
