Please Bring Hayley Home

My name is Karen Hurt from Temperance, Michigan. I started this campaign to assist my sister's family in bringing her daughter home and funeral expenses.
Hayley was a beautiful, shining star with a gypsy soul who unexpectedly passed away in Peru on one of her many backpacking adventures. The loss is immeasurable, the tears unstoppable, and we are heartbroken beyond belief. Hayley was only 25 years old and had traveled to over 25 countries which is more than most people see in a lifetime. Her many adventures included spending two winters in St. Thomas, to backpacking through Southeast Asia, and South America. She was extremely involved in her church, and took mission trips to Africa and Mexico to name a couple.
She was a free spirited, crazy, adventourous, life loving, world exploring daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. She touched so many lives at home, and many more throughout the world with her spirit for life and adventure.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, she decided to forgo a career right away to travel the world. After spending the last five summers working at Put-In-Bay, this was to be her last trip for a while before settling in Columbus. With her zest for life, she made the most of every single day.
Your donation will help with the high costs incurred to bring Hayley home. Right now we are being told the costs to bring her home should be around $15,000. The other funds will go to her funeral services here and any other expenses along the way. If any funds remain, they will be donated to a cause dear to Hayley, to be determined. The donations are in the process of being forwarded to her mother, Cheri Kaintz. Again, please help bring Hayley home!
