For the Benefit of Austin McNew

With the blessing of the McNew family I am starting this campaign. My name is James Mastriano and I am a friend of the family along with one of Ausrin's football coaches. Austin McNew is a Junior at Northeastern Jr/Sr High School in Fountain City IN. Austin is an outstanding student, ranking in the top ten of his class, a member of the National Honor Society and an All Conference Linebacker on the Football Field. He is one of the hardest working and most respectful young men you will ever meet. Austin was out enjoying a day sledding with friends when he was involved in a sledding accident that caused a fracture of his C4 and C5 Vertabre in his neck. This injury has left Austin paralyzed from the mid chest down. Austin spent 8 days in ICU at IU Methodist in Indianapolis, and is currently at the Rehabilitaion Physicians of Indiana. Austin has a long road ahead of him, and we are asking for help for the family to assist with medical bills and any expenses that will come with Austin's recovery.
