Help me get a New Computer

Hi! I'm Em and I’m a 22-year-old trans gay artist. I’m unemployed and cannot work because of physical and mental illness (rheumatoid arthritis and other stuff I won’t get into). Right now my only income is my art.
My art is digital, so a computer is necessary for me to work, but my own computer which I have been using for two years is coming close to finally dying.
Problems with my computer:
-My screen flashes green on anything black or vibrant. An expert told me this was a motherboard problem and unfixable. This is my biggest problem because it is getting worse over time and I can only deal with it so much longer. It makes it difficult to do anything, especially art. (you can see this in the main photo; the colors in that picture are supposed to be magenta and black)
-My trackpad is also broken and cannot click so I have to use a mouse and many of my keys are falling off
-My computer retains almost no battery power and has to be plugged in at all times or it will die immediately
-The time and date resets every time the computer restarts or dies
-I’ve had several scares with this computer (most recently it stopped working for several weeks and then started working again) because without it I can’t do commissions to pay for a new one, or easily communicate with my friends who I rely on.

I sincerely don't like asking for money, but I've decided it's better to do so now instead of when the computer breaks and I'm desperate. I don't need anything expensive, I plan to get a PC that is no more than $350.
