This page is for the tragic and unexpected passing of beautiful, sweet Emma who was taken too soon at the young age of six. A vibrant girl who was loved dearly by her parents, Christy Pugh and Dave Splan, along with everyone who knew her. Emma was always smiling, laughing and enjoying life. We will feel her loss for eternity.
