Emilys Medical Fund / Hospital Bill

My friends mother Emily has been sick for several months and was recently hospitalized.
She was only able to stay for a day and a half because of the cost of the stay.
Her son is her only source of income, and the average annual salary in the Philippines is $2,500 USD.

This hospital bill is a massive burden for him.
