Emergency surgery for Lemon
Donation protected
Our 4.5 month old English Bull Terrier puppy has gotten into some emergent trouble.
She got ahold of one of my kids corn dogs and ate the entire thing! She swallowed the thing whole! Stick and all. After noticing she was bloated and not acting herself I took her into the emergency vet where she was sedated, taken xrays and an ultrasound and given pain meds and an anti nausea and bloat medication! I’ve exhausted our savings and our care credit allowance in the emergency room last night with her. But she now needs an emergency surgery to remove the stick lodged in her stomach before it moves through her bowel and creates further obstruction and possible tears and internal bleeding! We are trying to move around funds and reschedule and put off bills as much as we can to afford this ourselves, and we’ve applied for every local pet emergency funds we could find!
I am at a loss as to what we can do further so I’ve come to this. If you can help with anything please do, and share if you feel drawn to do so! This is our last hope to help her!
