Ms. Taylor's Recovery Fund

Ms. Agenora Taylor, a mother of 10,  a loving neighbor, caring friend and a supportive community leader and role model, is in need of our support and assistance.  On July 15, 2017, before sunrise, Chesapeake Crossing Senior Apartments went up in flames, killing 3 of the residents and displacing 150 seniors, to include my 78 year old mom, Ms. Agenora Taylor.  She was trapped in her apartment with my 16 year old niece, and quickly learned that the only way out was the window.  She felt a great peace in her home, which allowed her to remain calm in order to think under pressure.  She tied bedsheets together and instructed my 16 year old niece Tyler, who stayed with her that night, to go out of the window first and she would follow.  They both escaped the fire, but suffered injuries.   As a result of these injuries, my mom, is currently in the hospital in the intensive care unit, with some bleeding on the brain.  Unfortunately, she did not have any rental insurance and her house was one of many that was deemed totally demolished.  My mom lost all that she owned and is in need of everything to start over again.  In addition to this, she is now inccuring a medical expense and she needs help. She is a person that would help any and everybody, but it just so happen that she is the  one in need at this time.  Our family would greatly appreciate your acts of kindness and support.   We are seeking to raise about 15,000.  This would indeed help with her medical expenses as well as her being able to get established in a place, have it funished, and to get her some personal items to include clothing and food.  Your gifts whether to include monetary, funiture, clothing, food etc. will be greatly appreciated, as it is needed ASAP.   From our family to yours, thank you very much.  We appreciate you and all that you do to help our mother.
