The legendary "Electric Giraffe" has gone rogue and it's not pretty! Test run turned disaster has left the beloved beast broken and we need your help to bringing him back to life! On April 27th, 2017 an accident occured leaving the Giraffe with multiple structural breaks, acid burns and other yet to discover injuries.
The Electric Giraffe is a life sized robotic giraffe created by engineer Lindsay Lawlor. In operation since 2005, it has roamed the Burning Man Playa, Maker Faire, suburban Southern California and more recently, the White House. Standing at an impressive 17 feet tall, it walks, "talks" and has delighted folks with it's wonderful appearence and marvelous engineering.
