Dear All,
My name is Elvir Mandzukic, M.Ed., Faculty Development Coordinator at Webster University.
I am a volunteer again and a planning committee member for the 3nd Eid Festival St. Louis 2019.
"Eid al-Fitr is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting." Wikipedia: Eid-Ul-Fitr
This is the 3nd Annual Eid Festival St Louis 2019. Last year we had over 1500 participants.
Funds will be used for:
World's Fair Pavilion Rental $2,100
Kids Inflatables $2,000
Trash $750
Marketing (Printing Flyers, Posters, Etc.) $2,000
Miscelaneous: $150
TOTAL FUND NEEDED = US $7,000
We plan to use these funds to pay for Kids Inflatables, Booth setup, renting World's Fair Pavilion for booths setup, and Forest Park grounds for this event.
Event is taking place on June 23, 2019 from 10 AM - 7 PM.
Funds are needed in 10 days for Kids Inflatables, Marketing and Pavilion Rental. We need those fund to secure the spot and event. The inflatables for children have to be rented ASAP with a Deposit. Minimum for inflatables and details are on the website under entertainment (www.eidfeststl.org)
