They Work To Keep The Children In School In Order To Give Them A Hope For The Future And To Save Them From The Possibility Of Becoming A Restavek, Or Child Slave. This Is Vital As Haiti Is Number 2 In The World For Child Slavery. Reach Out: Lafond Inc Finds And Matches Sponsors For Children To Provide For The Costs Of The Students' Education, Which Includes A School, Uniforms, And Books. They Also Provide Esential Items To The Children In The Community, Such As Shoes. They Travel To Haiti, Where They Are Currently Working To Build A Church For And By The Community And Are Assessing Long Term Developing Projects As It Is Their Desire To See The Haitian People Become Self-Sufficient. Lastly, They Plan And Lead Others On Short Term Service Projects And Mission Trips.
