Vincent Smith, a 23-year employee of the City of Edmonds was a victim of a hit and run while on the job February 18th, 2017. He will be off work an indefinite period of time as the injuries he obtained are substantial enough that he cannot work at this time. Any donations would be greatly appreciated until Vincent can get back on his feet.
