On September 14th 2018 Justin received some devastating new. He was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Six days after the distressing announcement Kate and Justin welcomed their first bundle of joy into the world, baby Boston.  

Since his diagnosis he has started a 5 week journey of chemotherapy and radiation every day of the week, which will then be followed by surgery and another round of chemotherapy. 

Justin is a well respected local man within the Wellington Community, he has a huge love for rugby league and an even bigger love for his family. Justin has a long journey ahead, however with his family, friends and the support from the local community he will get through this.
