UPDATE MISSION COMPLETE!
Four years ago, I started a journey. My question was, "how can I save our Earth?" I was completely devastated when learning how the rain forest was being ripped apart or when I learned that oil was being uncontrollably spewed into oceans killing thousands of fish. Using this as motivation, I set off on my path to find out how I could help.
Today, I stay determined on my journey.
I found solutions that have been implemented all over the world and have been taking part! I have helped build completely self-sustaining structures, called Earthships , with reused materials such as tires and bottles
I have taken a green peace internship that taught me how to organize campaigns to end fracking and oil usage.
(I'm second to the right)
I lived in a community of people that created the biosphere two project .
I attended Goddard College and received my bachelor's in Sustainability.
And most recently, I have been invited take part in an international group of changemakers, the Global Ecovillage Network. [GEN]
MY ASK:
With my new dedication to GEN, I am inspired to take an Ecovillage Design Course. This course will equip me with everything I need to know to create a sustainable community! These communities that are prospering all over the world not only eliminate a carbon footprint but they regenerative their land and their communities! I can bring back knowledge and skills acquired to my strong network of changemakers and create momentum towards a future that is enjoyable for everybody to look forward to!
I need roughly $2805 by July 2017 to make this possible. Will you help me?
Here is the break down of expenses:
-Course Cost: $1405
-Travel in Europe: $700
-Flight to Europe and back: $500
-Global Ecovillage Conference in Sweden: $200
These are the other projects I have been involved in the past 4 years:

Hope Farmers Market Manager 2015-2016
