Echo’s MRI and Surgery
Donation protected
A little over a month ago Echo started screaming out in pain. In many cases she would wake up from sleeping, body locked stiff, and it would last minutes. After many vet visits, pain killers, muscle relaxers, and steroids that weren’t working, I was referred to the Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Sorrento Valley. They believe it is either a slipped disk in her neck or a possible tumor pressing against her spine in her neck. We go in for her MRI on Tuesday which alone cost up to $3,336.03. The estimate cost for surgery is up to $5,309.54. I signed up for a grant that may help but won’t hear back in time for the MRI. We’ve already spent around $1,000 on vet bills and medications this last month. I know it’s a lot to ask for but I don’t know what else to do. For 11 years she’s slept in my arms and now I have to crate her just so she doesn’t hurt herself.
